Senior Developer

About the Role

• Hiring a Senior Developer to own feature delivery and quality for our AI product in New Delhi or Faridabad.
• This is a full-time, on-site role working 10:03 to 21:03 with 4 open positions.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and ship backend and integration code that directly impacts customers.
• Write and maintain automated tests and A/B QA workflows to validate features and experiments.
• Debug production issues, deploy fixes, and own incident resolution until fully closed.
• Collaborate with product and ML teams to turn prototypes into reliable services.
• Mentor junior engineers and run code reviews that improve team standards and velocity.

Requirements

• 4 to 10 years of hands-on software development experience delivering production systems.
• Comfortable working on-site in New Delhi or Faridabad full time and on the specified shift.
• Practical experience building and running A/B tests, QA processes, and test automation.
• Education: 12th Pass or equivalent with demonstrable technical work and ownership.
• Fluent in English for team communication and documentation.

Skills

• Strong backend engineering skills and solid production debugging experience.
• Experience designing and executing A/B QA & Testing and interpreting experiment results.
• Familiarity with AI product integration and working with ML engineers or models.
• Good software engineering practices: CI/CD, automated tests, monitoring, and observability.
• Practical mindset: prioritize shipping, measuring impact, and iterating quickly.
