Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our on-site development team and contribute to quality assurance, A/B testing, and related testing activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and validate test plans that ensure robust and reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and execute A/B test plans and QA strategies.
• Create, maintain, and run automated and manual test cases.
• Analyze test results and work with developers to triage and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure release readiness.
• Monitor test coverage, track quality metrics, and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills :

• Proven expertise in A/B QA & Testing methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and test case management.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Any Graduate qualification.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in software QA/testing roles.
• Proficiency in Assamese is preferred.
