We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 10 years of strong hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications using React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of frontend and backend development, modern JavaScript frameworks, API development, database design, cloud deployment, CI/CD practices, and team leadership.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions. On the frontend, the developer should be able to create responsive, reusable, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. On the backend, the candidate should have strong experience in Node.js, Express.js or similar frameworks, REST APIs, authentication, authorization, business logic implementation, and integration with third-party services.
The role requires good understanding of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies. The candidate should be able to design efficient database schemas, write optimized queries, handle data validations, and ensure data security and consistency. Experience with microservices architecture, API gateway, caching, message queues, and scalable system design will be an added advantage.
The candidate should have practical experience in CI/CD implementation using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. They should be able to automate build, test, and deployment processes, manage release pipelines, handle environment configurations, and support smooth production deployments. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and monitoring tools will be preferred.
Apart from technical skills, the candidate should have strong leadership and team-building abilities. They should be capable of mentoring junior and mid-level developers, reviewing code, improving development standards, guiding technical decisions, and creating a collaborative team environment. The role also includes working closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions within timelines.
The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, debugging ability, ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable working in Agile or Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, technical discussions, and release planning.
