We are looking to hire an experienced Bid Executive with strong hands-on exposure in tender filling and bid submission. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other central/state government bidding portals, and should be capable of independently managing the end-to-end bidding process.
Identify and analyze relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, State Government portals, PSUs, and other e-procurement platforms
End-to-end bid preparation, documentation, and submission (technical & commercial bids)
Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria, timelines, and submission guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, technical) to collect required documents and inputs
Upload bids on portals and ensure error-free submissions
Track bid status, corrigendum updates, and tender clarifications
Maintain proper documentation and bid records
Handle post-bid activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and result tracking
3–4 years of proven experience in tender filling / bid management
Strong working knowledge of GeM portal (mandatory)
Experience with other portals like CPPP, State e-procurement portals, PSU tender systems
Sound understanding of technical & commercial bidding processes
Familiarity with EMD, BOQ, compliance documents, and eligibility norms
Good communication and coordination skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Prior experience in bid support, government sales, or tender consulting firms
Exposure to multiple industries and tender categories is a plus
